DECADE

Take a walk down the memory lane – 80’s hair & make up looks we still love.

180s Madonna look

Alex’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. NYX pore filler was applied as a pre-foundation base-coat to smooth and enhance her skin. Yellow eye shadow gave a touch of retro brightness, with black eyeliner on the water line and on top of the lashes to provide subtle definition. Her brow’s natural shape was highlighted by brushing with matt eyebrow powder.

2  Disco  Glamour girl

Jessie’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. The archetypical Glamour Girl demands gold makeup! There’s more than a little bit of Debbie Harry in this look. She has gold eye shadow, black eye liner, shimmering highlights on the cheek and striking red glossy lips.

3 Rock chick

The Model’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. NYX pore filler was applied as a pre-foundation basecoat to smooth and enhance model skin. Underlining the makeup look were smouldering, smokey eyes. Black liner added impact to the eye, with her cheekbones shape accentuated by contouring powder. Bold burgundy red lipstick symbolised the wild attitude of this rock n’ roll chick.

4 College girl

Jessie’s faced was cleaned with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. NYX pore filler was applied as a pre-foundation basecoat to smooth and enhance her skin. The look was a definitely retro, yet understated, 80s college girl. The look encompassed natural brush eyebrows, very thin eyeliner, with a touch of neutral colour blusher on her cheekbones and just a non color gloss on her lips.

5 Hip hop girl

Georgia’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. Laura Mercier foundation primer was used for the smoothest makeup application. Orange eyeshadow was used over the upper lid to compliment her natural blue eyes. Her eyes were winged slightly at the corner. Black liner added some impact to the eye, and white eye pencil to the water line helped to make her eyes appear more vivid, bigger and awake. Lips in light fushia lipstick underlined her fun-loving persona.

6Nice Raver

Eve’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised.  Blue eye shadow was used to match the outfit and darker blue lips for a fun and playful look. A flourishing bright pink blush finished off this lively look.

7Farrah Fawcett style

Alex’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. Laura Mercier foundation primer was used for the smoothest makeup application. Black liner was used to add impact and emphasis on her eyes. Pale pink blush was used on models cheeks, underplaying her cheerleading character. A touch of light pink gloss finished off the look, downplaying her lips.

8 Donna Summer look

Jeri’s face was cleansed with Bioderma Sensibio H2O and moisturised. Her look was inspired by Donna Summer in the 1980s. Her eighties eyebrows were full and brushed up with eyeshadow powder by Bobbi Brown. Red eyeshadow with high pigmentation on her eyes, heavy mascara and black eyeliner created effusive lashes. She had prominent contouring on her cheekbones. Her full lips were outlined with red pencil liner and bright red matte lipstick finished her look.
